How do I contact the Plark Support Team?
If you have experienced any issue using Plark, please don't hesitate to contact us directly in the app or via the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. To contact us via the app, please do the following:
- Go to the History tab, Transactions section, and hit the unsuccessful order. You'll get to the screen with your order ID and the Contact Support button at the bottom. Hit this button to reach us out.
2. Or go to the Settings tab, scroll down to the Support section, and tap "Report an app issue."
3. One more way is to go to the Settings, find the About section, and choose "Contacts."
What do you need from me to solve my issue?
To solve an order-related issue, we need to receive your order ID. Here's where you can find it:
- Go to the History tab and tap the Trade section.
- Tap the transaction you want to get help with.
Once done, you'll see a long row of symbols. That's your order ID. Send it to us, and we'll solve your issue as soon as possible.
